Job summary

Keystone Partners Consulting in Jackson, MS seeks a data infrastructure engineer to design, build, test, and evaluate the data systems that power our business operations.

You will build and maintain robust data pipelines, develop and scale infrastructure for ingestion and processing, and design data models.

Collaborate across teams, communicate clearly, and apply strong SQL and Python skills to improve analytics and insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, Data Science, or related field (or equivalent).
• 4+ years of experience with ETL platforms and data infrastructure.
• Strong SQL and Python skills; experience with data warehousing and modeling.
• Ability to work both independently and with teams; strong communication.

Responsibilities

This position focuses on designing, building, testing, and evaluating the data infrastructure needed to support business operations.

What You'll Do

• Build and maintain robust systems that collect and process data in line with company objectives.
• Develop and scale infrastructure for ingesting, processing, and extracting insights from data.
• Design and implement statistical or mathematical models for classification and information extraction tasks.
• Use existing data infrastructure to handle data requests, including cleansing, normalization, hashing, and updates to data models; analyze datasets to detect trends, anomalies, and correlations.
• Develop and implement natural language processing modules.
• Apply advanced methods and problem-solving techniques to diagnose and resolve technical issues.
• Take on other duties as needed.

What You'll Need

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field (or equivalent certification).
• 4+ years working with ETL platforms (e.g., IBM DataStage, Informatica, Snowpipe, AWS, Azure).
• Solid understanding of relational databases, data warehousing, and data modeling.
• Proficiency in SQL and Python (or similar languages).
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Comfort with data warehouse tools and advanced computing environments.
• Master's degree in a related field preferred.
