Job summary

Dematic is seeking a Senior Software Architect to define and guide the technical vision for a data-centric enterprise platform. You will lead architecture decisions, design an enterprise ontology, and set data standards to enable scalable, interoperable solutions across the product stack.

You will drive modern software practices, collaborate with product teams, and ensure the platform supports AI-enabled capabilities while balancing customer needs and reuse.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field.
• 5+ years of hands-on software architecture and development experience for data-centric platforms.
• Experience designing enterprise data ontologies and data models.
• Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration.
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain the technical vision and architecture for the Solution Data Repository.
• Lead the design of an enterprise ontology and establish design patterns and data standards.
• Own architecture decisions for core platform capabilities and data interoperability.
• Drive platform evolution with catalog/configuration management and AI readiness.
• Partner with product and domain leaders to align with market needs.
