Incedo Inc. in Dallas, TX seeks a Data Architect to define and govern end-to-end architectures for enterprise data products and platforms. The role emphasizes scalable, reusable, compliant designs with selective hands-on guidance for delivery teams.

You will partner with Data Managers, Platform teams and Engineering leads to align with regulatory standards and modernization goals, establishing reference patterns, data contracts, and governance across on-prem and cloud environments.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of data architecture or analytics architecture experience.
• Proven ability to design enterprise-scale data products and platforms.
• Strong data modeling, lakehouse, and streaming systems expertise.
• Excellent communication with technical and business stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree required; Master’s preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define end-to-end architecture for data solutions from source to analytics.
• Design and govern logical, physical, and semantic data models.
• Apply domain-driven and data-solutions design principles for consistency.
• Establish and govern data contracts and domain interfaces.
• Define architectural patterns across Hadoop, lakehouse, and streaming platforms.
• Guide batch, near-real-time, and event-driven designs using Spark and Kafka.
• Ensure alignment across on-prem and cloud-based hybrid environments.
• Review ingestion and data service designs built on Java/Spring Boot and Python.
• Apply graph modeling patterns where relationship-centric use cases require it.
