You will guide a 5+ person team delivering trusted data, analytics, and AI‑enabled capabilities to inform product planning, demand forecasting, and financial performance. You'll set the technical direction, partner with cross‑functional leaders, and develop scalable data products while mentoring engineers and promoting responsible AI and governance

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with 15+ years delivering scalable data pipelines and operational execution.
• 4+ years leading technical teams including coaching and people development.
• 4+ years of experience with SQL and Python for data engineering and analytics.
• 4+ years leading data science and AI/ML initiatives from problem definition to deployment and measurable impact.
• 4+ years defining enterprise data architecture and establishing data governance standards.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership: translate business needs into scalable data/AI solutions while managing priorities and risks.
• Data Architecture & Engineering: define secure, governed data architecture and build reusable data products with high quality and lineage.
• Decision Intelligence: lead development of predictive models and forecasting for product planning and risk management.
• AI Innovation: deploy production AI agents and automation with strong governance, security, and cost controls.
• Executive Reporting: deliver self‑service BI and dashboards as a single source of truth for performance.
