Job summary

ShyftLabs is seeking a client-facing Data & AI Product Manager to support a Quality AI initiative for a leading enterprise client. You will bridge business needs and technical execution, partnering with Quality stakeholders, IT, data teams, and vendors to drive AI-powered solutions.

You will translate requirements into measurable product deliverables, coordinate cross-functional workstreams, define KPIs, and ensure trusted human oversight and transparent AI findings.

Qualifications

• 4–8 years in product management or related field.
• Experience delivering enterprise data/AI products end-to-end.
• Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills.
• Familiarity with Generative AI, document intelligence, OCR, AI agents, or human-in-the-loop workflows.

Responsibilities

• Bridge between Quality stakeholders, IT, data teams and vendors to drive AI solutions.
• Capture requirements, define priorities, translate into deliverables.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams on scope, timelines, dependencies and deliverables.
• Communicate progress, risks, decisions to leadership.
• Review vendor deliverables and assess AI workflows and architectures.
• Support UAT, validation, launch readiness and risk tracking.
• Define KPIs to measure business impact of the initiative.
