Job summary

REALIGN LLC is seeking an Enterprise Cybersecurity Architect to define and drive the target security architecture for our clients in New York. You will shape the multi-year security roadmap, advocate Zero Trust, and lead architecture reviews across cloud platforms and complex environments.

The role requires deep expertise in security strategy, threat modeling, and risk assessments, with strong advisory skills for executive stakeholders and a track record in regulated industries.

Qualifications

• Must have a strong enterprise cybersecurity architecture background and security strategy
• Proven experience with Zero Trust concepts and security control design
• Expertise in cloud security across Azure, AWS, or GCP
• Ability to conduct threat modeling and security risk assessments
• Experience with regulatory frameworks (NIST CSF, NIST 800-53, ISO 27001, CIS Controls)

Responsibilities

• Define the enterprise cybersecurity architecture, target state, and multi-year security roadmap
• Develop reusable security standards, architecture patterns, and control requirements
• Lead security architecture reviews and obtain design approvals for enterprise initiatives
• Conduct threat modeling, risk assessments, and control-gap analyses
• Align security architecture with business goals, risk appetite, and regulatory requirements
• Drive adoption of Zero Trust and cloud security principles
• Advise senior technology and business stakeholders on security risks and investment priorities
• Support proactive security assessments, solution development, and client workshops
