Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems or equivalent.
• 8+ years of cybersecurity experience.
• 3+ years of information security leadership experience.
• Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CEH, GIAC, Security+.
• Active U.S. Government Secret clearance.
• Experience with risk assessments, regulatory frameworks and defense-in-depth security.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the enterprise cyber defense strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Recruit, develop, and retain a high-performing cybersecurity team.
• Oversee SOC, Incident Response, Detection Engineering, Vulnerability Management, and Threat Intelligence.
• Manage budgets and vendor strategies including MDR and security investments.
• Lead incident response for critical security events and coordinate cross-functional containment.
