Job summary

Connection seeks a Client Engagement Specialist to drive exceptional service for complex, enterprise accounts. The role partners with sales, PMOs, and technical teams to deliver accurate data, timely processes, and strong client relationships.

You will monitor SLAs, advocate for customer value, and lead initiatives to improve adoption and satisfaction across multiple verticals in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
• Strong relationship-building skills with excellent communication and follow-through.
• Ability to drive flawless execution to standards and SOPs in a collaborative environment.
• Experience influencing Sr. Leadership to drive improvements based on client feedback.
• Proven project management experience and ability to deliver outcomes for clients.

Responsibilities

• Ensure exceptional service delivery for complex, enterprise accounts, meeting SLAs and reports.
• Build and maintain strong client engagement with frequent cross-functional interactions.
• Manage account administration and operational activities within the facility.
• Address client escalations with proactive root-cause analysis and improvements.
• Collaborate with analytics to monitor account health, OSAT, and lifetime value.
• Influence leadership on prioritizing investments to retain and grow customers.
