Compunnel, Inc. seeks a DevOps Automation Engineer to design, build, maintain, and optimize enterprise CI/CD platforms, automation frameworks, and secure software delivery pipelines across mission-critical environments.

You will collaborate with development, infrastructure, database, security, and cross-functional teams to modernize platforms, implement RBAC, SSO, credential management, and observability, while driving automation and self-service capabilities at scale.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of professional DevOps/Platform Engineering or similar.
• Experience designing, implementing, and supporting enterprise CI/CD pipelines and automation frameworks.
• Strong hands-on experience with Jenkins and enterprise automation and orchestration platforms.
• Programming and automation skills with Python or equivalent language.
• Experience with Infrastructure-as-Code and software-defined infrastructure concepts.
• Experience with on-premises, virtualized, containerized, and cloud environments.
• Experience with security integration and governance in CI/CD workflows.

Responsabilités

• Design, build, maintain, and optimize enterprise CI/CD platforms and automation frameworks.
• Create reusable deployment patterns and self-service capabilities to improve developer experience and reduce overhead.
• Troubleshoot and modernize CI/CD processes to improve reliability, scalability, and security.
• Develop automation across the application lifecycle, including build, test, deploy, and monitoring.
• Partner with development teams to implement modern DevOps practices and accelerate delivery.
• Automate security controls across software delivery and infrastructure.
• Support credential lifecycle management and automated password rotation.
• Integrate security scanning, compliance validation, and governance into pipelines.
• Lead adoption of Database-as-Code and Liquibase-based deployment frameworks.
