Job summary

Eaton is seeking a Senior Principal for Enterprise Business Architecture to own architecture for enabling functions—Finance, HR, Legal, and Compliance. You will partner with function, product, engineering, and data leaders to shape standards, blueprints, and to advance process management across functions.

Salary range is $165,000–$242,000 with a variable incentive program. Lead architecture guidance and governance, analyze trends, and architect foundational technology for enterprise-wide

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
• Minimum 8 years’ experience in Business Architecture, Strategy, or related roles with exposure to Finance, HR, Legal, or Compliance.
• Authorized to work in the US without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Preferred: MBA and knowledge of EA frameworks (TOGAF, BizBOK).

Responsibilities

• Translate complex business strategies into architectural narratives guiding enterprise decisions.
• Socialize the Enterprise Business Capability Model across multiple functions and orgs.
• Evolve EBCM, value streams, and cross-enterprise operating frameworks.
• Maintain architectural artifacts including maps, value streams, and investment frameworks.
