Doordashusa in Chicago is seeking an Enterprise Associate - Ad Sales to join their growing ads team. You will manage advertising campaigns, ensuring successful execution and performance analysis for major clients like McDonald’s.
This role requires a strong background in Digital Advertising, organizational skills, and a passion for data-driven decision-making. You will work cross-functionally to improve tools and processes while driving efficiency in the sales team.
The ad sales team is responsible for the advertising vision, development and growth of our largest advertising partnerships. This team was formed in 2021, and is seeking additional team members to build an industry-leading ads and promotions business across DoorDash’s core categories. The growing DoorDash ads business will quickly become the single best place for merchants and brands to market to local customers, in an ecosystem that benefits all parties.
As an Enterprise Associate - Ad Sales, you will manage, execute, and improve processes that accelerate growth of our ads and promotions offering and drive efficiency of our sales team. In this role, you will execute campaign contracts, setup, and billing while also analyzing reporting to drive campaign performance. You will work hand in hand with the Account Executive and clients to ensure seamless launch of all marketing campaigns for the team’s largest partner - McDonald’s. You will also work cross‑functionally with account management, legal, revenue and accounting, and partner management teams to improve our tools and processes.
Actual compensation within the pay range listed below will be decided based on factors including, but not limited to, skills, prior relevant experience, and specific work location. Base salary is localized according to employee work location.
In addition to base salary, the compensation for this role includes opportunities for equity grants and sales commission. Talk to your recruiter for more information.

$69,000 — $101,400 USD
The total on-target earnings (base + commissions) for this position within the United States, including Illinois and Colorado.
$115,000 — $169,000 USD
