Job summary

Adobe's Enterprise Architecture team within the Technical Pre-Sales organization offers an internship to support Enterprise Architects in engagements with customers. You will learn how to map current architectures to future-state designs and collaborate with sales, solution experts, and digital strategists.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled full time pursuing a Bachelor's or Graduate degree.
• Degree expected between December 2027 and June 2028.
• Available for a full-time internship between May–September 2027.
• Interest in business strategy, digital marketing, technology, analytics or experience design.
• Curiosity in agentic AI technologies and AI tooling.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to present to customers.
• Able to work collaboratively in a team.

Responsibilities

• Learn to connect business problems with Adobe's solution offerings to demonstrate value for customers and their business.
• Collaborate with cross-organizational partners to develop innovative solutions across sales cycle stages.
• Gain experience with current-state technology analyses and developing future-state recommendations.
• Learn to build custom architecture diagrams and phased implementations that showcase how Adobe technology can support customer objectives.
• Create presentations to communicate technical information and architecture mapping to customers.
• Leverage Agentic AI technologies to enhance offerings and shape the future for customers.
• Help brands capitalize on digital and agentic transformation, aligning to Adobe CX Orchestration solutions.
