Job summary

Diné Development Corporation (DDC) is seeking an experienced Enterprise Architecture & Data Lead to provide leadership and oversight of technical personnel supporting a complex federal enterprise technology environment. This role will lead enterprise architecture, data, and related activities while coordinating closely with Government stakeholders and technical delivery teams.

This position is contingent upon contract award and requires meeting applicable U.S.

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship required.
• Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Network Security, Computer Science, or MIS.
• Ten (10) years of experience in related fields.
• Experience leading complex enterprise IT and data delivery.
• Experience managing personnel and coordinating Government/contractor teams.
• Travel will be required for role.

• Identify technical, staffing, programmatic, and resource risks and recommend mitigation strategies.

• Provide status, recommendations, and technical information to program leadership.

• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship.

• Active Top Secret clearance required with SCI eligibility.

• Education Level:Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Network Security, Computer Science, or Management Information Systems.

• Ten (10) years of experience required.

• Relevant experience leading complex enterprise IT, enterprise architecture, data, and/or technical delivery activities.

• Experience managing technical personnel and coordinating Government and contractor teams.

• Demonstrated ability to manage technical requirements, resources, dependencies, performance, and risk.

• Travel will be required for role.

Salary Range: $69,000 to $162,000

The compensation range listed for this position represents the good faith salary range Diné Development Corporation (DDC) and its subsidiaries reasonably expect to pay for the role, in accordance with applicable state and local pay transparency laws. Actual compensation will be determined based on a variety of factors, including the position’s responsibilities, the candidate’s education, experience, skills, internal equity, market considerations, and any applicable collective bargaining agreements or legal requirements.
