Job summary

Accenture Federal Services seeks an experienced Enterprise Architect – SME to drive enterprise architectural frameworks, modernization initiatives, zero-trust security alignment, and cross-enclave interoperability across complex environments.

You will design, implement, and maintain enterprise-class systems and technology architectures that support mission and business objectives, develop architecture roadmaps, and ensure alignment between business strategies and technology investments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 10+ years of experience in enterprise architecture.
• Experience developing architecture strategies, frameworks, and roadmaps.
• Strong understanding of enterprise systems, cloud, integration, and modernization.

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Architect – Subject Matter Expert (SME) to serve as the principal authority for enterprise architectural frameworks, modernization initiatives, zero-trust security alignment, and cross-enclave interoperability across complex environments. The Enterprise Architect will design, implement, and maintain enterprise-class systems and technology architectures that support mission and business objectives, develop architecture roadmaps, and ensure alignment between business strategies and technology investments.

• Knowledge of zero-trust security principles and enterprise governance practices.
• Strong leadership, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Nice to have:

• Master's degree in a related technical discipline.
• Experience supporting federal, defense, intelligence, or highly regulated environments.
• Expertise in enterprise architecture frameworks such as TOGAF, DoDAF, Zachman, or comparable methodologies.
• Experience with cloud architecture, digital transformation, and multi-domain integration environments.
• Knowledge of cross-domain/cross-enclave interoperability solutions.
