Job summary

Leidos in Bethesda, Maryland is seeking an experienced IT Enterprise Architect or Systems Engineer to document and shape the client’s IT enterprise architecture, ensuring interoperability across organizations.

The role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams and the ability to work independently, with a preference for those familiar with the IC and cloud environments. A TS/SCI clearance with polygraph and advanced degrees are expected.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI security clearance with polygraph.
• BS degree and 12 – 15 years of prior relevant experience or Masters with 10 – 13 years of prior relevant experience.
• Proven experience as an Enterprise Architect, Systems Engineer, or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks (e.g., UAF, TOGAF, Zachman, DoDAF).
• Familiarity with SysML or UML and Model-Based Systems Engineering.
• Experience migrating systems to an IC Cloud.
• Experience integrating systems and tools in a cloud environment.
• Five+ years IC experience (Preferred).
• Experience with M365 and other enterprise networks/tools (Preferred).

Leidos is seeking an experienced, results oriented Information Technology (IT) Enterprise Architect or Systems Engineer to join our team in the Bethesda, Maryland area. You will play a critical role in documenting and shaping our client's IT enterprise architecture, ensuring alignment with the client’s vision of driving interoperability across organizations.

Responsibilities Include:

• Develop an IT enterprise architecture that provides client stakeholders awareness of critical capabilities, dependencies, and mission critical impacts and risks. This includes developing the:


• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including content providers, content consumers, developers, engineers, and business analysts.


• Ability to work in small teams or independently.


• Experience supporting senior government civilians.


• Ability to gather requirements from various stakeholders and develop an integrated solution.


• Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.

Basic Qualifications:

• Active TS/SCI security clearance with polygraph.


• BS degree and 12 – 15 years of prior relevant experience or Masters with 10 – 13 years of prior relevant experience. May possess a Doctorate in technical domain.


• Proven experience as an Enterprise Architect, Systems Engineer, or similar role.


• Strong knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks (e.g., UAF, TOGAF, Zachman, DoDAF).


• Familiarity with Systems Modeling Language (SysML) or Unified Modeling Language (UML) and Model-Based Systems Engineering


• Experience migrating systems to an IC Cloud


• Experience integrating systems and tools in a cloud environment

Preferred Qualifications:

• Five or more years of experience working with or in the Intelligence Community (IC).


• Experience with M365 and other enterprise networks, providers and tools
