Qualifications

• 10+ years in enterprise/solution/application/integration architecture roles.
• 5+ years leading architecture for large enterprise or transformation initiatives.
• Experience as trusted technical advisor to executives; ability to communicate complex tradeoffs in business terms.
• Preferred: 1+ years in financial services or regulated environments; roadmaps and governance practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead design of enterprise-scale solutions across complex ecosystems, aligning business objectives with target-state architectures.
• Partner with business and technology leaders to translate strategy into current- and target-state roadmaps.
• Establish architecture governance, standards, reference architectures, and lifecycle direction.
• Serve as technical leader and decision owner for large multi-year initiatives across domains.
• Evaluate technologies, platforms, and vendor options for strategic fit, cost, risk, and long-term value.
• Facilitate governance and design reviews; document decisions, risks, and exceptions; coach teams on architecture methods.
