Job summary

Re:Build Manufacturing seeks an experienced enterprise architecture leader to define and govern capability maps, value streams, process models, and data architectures aligned to business outcomes. You will drive architecture governance and guardrails across the organization.

Lead architecture review boards, embed zero-trust security and responsible AI into patterns, and mentor teams while modernizing portfolios and reducing technical debt across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in enterprise, solution, data, application, or platform architecture.
• Pragmatic knowledge of EA frameworks like TOGAF.
• Strong understanding of business systems (ERP, MES, CAD, PLM, QMS), cloud platforms, AI/ML, and modern security frameworks.
• Outstanding communication and leadership skills with a track record of delivering large-scale transformation initiatives.
