Job description

Our technology stack is growing faster than our team, so Parker Hannifin is bringing on an Enterprise Architect to keep the architecture honest. You supply 7 years and MongoDB; Parker Hannifin supplies $136,000 - $213,000, a Pearl City home, and growth that does not flatten out.

Key Responsibilities

• Write clean, well-tested code that scales with Parker Hannifin's growing user base
• Bridge REST API and Vue.js so the two halves of Parker Hannifin's platform finally talk
• Carry features from whiteboard sketch to Pearl City, HI production without dropping the baton
• Lead the Presentation Skills migration that finally retires Parker Hannifin's craft-obsessed legacy stack
• Tune REST API caching so Parker Hannifin survives the Pearl City launch spike on the same hardware
• Scale Parker Hannifin's Google Cloud services from Pearl City pilot to HI-wide rollout
• Tune Ruby on Rails queries until the HI database stops timing out under load

What You'll Bring

• An appetite for ownership that scales with the stakes
• Calm under the scrappy-but-steady chaos a senior role tends to generate
• The self-awareness to know which problems are yours to solve
• Demonstrated calm when a Pearl City, HI client changes scope mid-stream
• A history of leaving technology processes better than you found them

Parker Hannifin doesn't sell technology so much as guarantee it, a relentlessly-kind distinction the Pearl City, HI team takes personally. Candid, kind feedback is part of the job, and we coach toward growth rather than blame.

This senior role pays $136,000 - $213,000 and surrounds it with coaching, coverage, and hours that respect your weekends in HI.

Right now, today, this seat at Parker Hannifin is genuinely empty and waiting.
