Job description

The Enterprise Apps Admin II serves as a subject matter expert and core technical owner for critical business applications across Aledade’s software ecosystem. Operating with a high degree of independence, this role is responsible for full‑lifecycle application management, including collecting and analyzing complex business requirements, designing and configuring technical solutions, and maintaining platform security and data integrity.

The Enterprise Apps Admin II actively partners with cross‑functional stakeholders to translate operational strategies into automated workflows and system architectures. You will perform regular system optimization, troubleshoot complex multi‑system integrations, manage sandbox environments, and execute technical changes according to industry best practices. This role requires analytical problem‑solving skills to independently evaluate platform health and enforce system governance without daily oversight.

Advanced Solution Design & Configuration
  • Lead the end‑to‑end configuration and implementation of medium‑to‑high complexity platform features, custom data objects, advanced business rules, and multi‑step automated workflows.

  • Collaborate independently with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and translate operational requirements into scalable, native platform configurations.

Platform Administration & Security Governance
  • Own day‑to‑day advanced administrative functions, including user access architecture, role hierarchies, complex sharing/permission models, advanced reporting/dashboards, and system audit logging.

  • Enforce system security parameters, least‑privilege access controls, and data validation rules to protect institutional data privacy.

System Maintenance, Optimization & Quality Assurance
  • Conduct scheduled application maintenance, database deduplication, and performance cleanup tasks according to platform‑specific best practices to minimize configuration clutter.

  • Ensure all configuration changes undergo rigorous user acceptance testing (UAT) and regression testing, maintaining complete documentation within tracking pipelines (e.g., Jira).

Advanced Troubleshooting & Integration Management
  • Monitor and maintain middleware/iPaaS platforms

  • Partner with external vendors or internal technical teams to isolate root causes and implement permanent configuration fixes for recurring issues.

Release Evaluation & Operational Readiness
  • Monitor system uptime, respond to critical application errors or post‑release production defects, and provide occasional support during major upgrade or patch windows.

  • Research upcoming vendor platform release notes, evaluate the business impact of new native features, and proactively recommend updates to maximize platform ROI.

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field

  • Experience: 4+ years of professional experience in enterprise software administration, business applications engineering, or a closely related technical role.

  • Core Tooling: 2+ years of hands‑on experience utilizing advanced administrative design features (e.g., visual workflow builders, schema managers, custom automation suites) within a major enterprise application.

  • Agile Frameworks: Proven experience operating within an Agile development environment, independently managing individual ticket backlogs, estimations, and status loops.

  • Certifications: Holds at least one core administration certification tied to their primary application domain (e.g., Salesforce Certified Admin, Atlassian Certified Professional, NetSuite Administrator, or Ironclad CLM Core Administration).

  • Requirement Articulation: Demonstrated ability to understand, distill, and articulate complex cross‑functional business requirements into clean technical layouts.

  • Analytical Thinking: Strong creative and analytical problem‑solving mindset, with a proven track record of resolving ambiguous system issues.

  • Task Prioritization: Proven ability to meet strict deadlines, manage simultaneous business requests, and navigate professional communication both laterally and upward to leadership.

  • Operational Adaptability: Availability to occasionally work outside standard business hours to monitor vendor upgrades, system cutovers, or critical service restorations.

  • Sitting for prolonged periods of time. Extensive use of computers and keyboard. Occasional walking and lifting may be required.
