Uber Engineering seeks an Enterprise Application Developer to own critical enterprise SaaS apps, handling configuration, automation, and incident responses at a global scale.
You will partner with Engineering, Security, IT Operations, and Business stakeholders to ensure reliable, secure platforms, and foster a culture of operational excellence across the team.
Uber Engineering is a high-performance culture marked by perseverance and hyper-productivity. We're looking for team players with natural customer service intuition who can work harder, faster, and smarter while taking technical excellence to a whole new level. You should be passionate about building a global transportation marketplace that spans a wide range of cities-varying from 100,000 to 10 million people in size-each with unique regulatory, technical, and business requirements.
Uber Engineering operates in a fast-paced environment driven by scale, reliability, and speed. We're looking for an Enterprise Application Developer who thrives at the intersection of IT, SaaS administration, automation, and customer impact. This role owns the operational health, configuration, and lifecycle of Uber's core enterprise applications while acting as the highest escalation point for complex application issues. You will partner closely with Engineering, Security, IT Operations, and Business stakeholders to ensure Uber's critical collaboration and productivity platforms run securely, efficiently, and at a global scale. This is not a traditional service desk role; it is a hands-on application ownership position with real influence over tooling, processes, and the user experience across all of Uber.
