Summary: We’re seeking an experienced Enterprise Applications Architect to lead the transformation of our digital landscape. In this pivotal role, you’ll shape the architecture of mission-critical platforms, drive innovation across business domains, and ensure seamless integration of cloud, on-premise, and hybrid solutions. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys solving complex challenges, and excels at aligning technology with business goals.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field required; Master’s degree preferred. 8+ years of experience in enterprise application architecture or related roles. Demonstrated success in leading large-scale application modernization or digital transformation initiatives. Experience working across multiple business domains (e.g., HR, Finance, Supply Chain). Hands‑on experience with enterprise platforms such as SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, Workday, or ServiceNow. Experience architecting solutions with enterprise platforms such as SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, Workday, ServiceNow and other large packed applications. Track record of mentoring technical teams and influencing cross‑functional stakeholders.
The anticipated pay range for this position is $132,500 - $196,000 annually. The actual base pay offered will vary depending on multiple factors including job‑related knowledge/skills, relevant experience, business needs, and geographic location. In addition to base pay, this position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. At Brunswick, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top end of the salary range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent upon the specifics of the candidate’s qualifications and the business context.
