Qualifications

Two years of college coursework in the computer science field.
Four years of experience with technical systems and/or programming experience and/or IT project management.
Equivalent education/experience may be considered.

Responsibilities

Perform senior level systems analysis and programming using COBOL.
Interact with user departments to define scope and business requirements for initiatives.
Prepare documentation detailing system requirements, costs, and impact for approvals.
Assist supervisor with assigning work and evaluating performance.
Develop training programs for users of department systems.
Monitor progress and keep departments informed on project status.
