KBR is seeking an Enterprise Application Support Technician to join our Corporate Enterprise Systems Team (EST). This role serves as the primary front-line technical support and queue manager for KBR’s core financial and operational systems, including Deltek Costpoint, RFgen, Bloomberg Tax, the Costpoint Content Management Interface (CMI), and remote access environments. Serving as the critical first line of defense for the EST - Technical team, this role investigates application errors and ensures system reliability. Because our operational ticket volume is highly controlled, this position offers a unique runway for aggressive skill development. The successful candidate will not only manage the support queue but will actively cross-train with Senior System Administrators and Solution Architects, assisting with data integration diagnostics, ERP cloud readiness testing, and enterprise system upgrades. This role is explicitly designed as a growth vector into either dedicated Enterprise Application Administration or System Architecture.
