Job summary

Michigan Farm Bureau is seeking an Enterprise Application Developer to research, analyze, design, develop, test and implement automated applications that support the Farm Bureau Insurance Companies. You will design, develop, test, and build/implement integration services between enterprise systems and third parties in a Service Oriented Architecture (SOA).

The role also involves assisting with estimation, planning and breakdown of project tasks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• Minimum two years programming and/or systems analysis background.
• Knowledge of hardware, operating systems, programming languages and tools, testing techniques and tools.
• Ability to communicate clearly to diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Research, analyze, design, develop, test and implement automated applications systems to support Farm Bureau Insurance Companies.
• Develop, maintain, and implement integration services between enterprise systems and third parties in a Service Oriented Architecture (SOA).
• Design, develop, test, and implement computer applications of varying sizes and complexity.
• Assist with estimation, planning and breakdown of project tasks.
