Job summary

Nuitée is building the API backbone for the global travel industry with a scalable, API-first platform. The Technical Integration Lead will own the technical customer layer behind enterprise API integrations, from implementation to launch to optimisation, working directly with major API customers and close to Product and Engineering.

This senior IC/Lead role offers hands-on work, enterprise ownership, and room to shape the function as the team scales.

Qualifications

• Strong experience with APIs and modern software products.
• Ability to own technical relationships with enterprise customers across implementation, launch and optimisation.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot and translate technical issues for diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical layer behind enterprise API integrations from implementation to launch and optimisation.
• Collaborate with major API customers, Product and Engineering to shape the integration and support approach as the base grows.
• Drive hands-on problem solving, enterprise ownership, and influence product directions while building the function.
