Job summary

Daimler Truck Financial Services seeks an Enterprise Analytics AI Manager to define the vision, roadmap and execution of AI-enabled analytics and dashboards for DTFS North America. You will guide the shift from traditional BI to an AI-platform-based analytics model that improves how leaders access and act on information.

This role retains end-to-end leadership for data management, enterprise analytics, data governance, and privacy-aligned access, partnering with business leaders, Data Stewards

Qualifications

• BS/BA and at least 8 years of progressive experience in BI, analytics, data management, or related fields with leadership experience.
• Experience leading enterprise analytics or data capabilities including data warehouses and data modelling.
• Ability to translate strategy into product roadmaps and measurable outcomes.
• Experience partnering with business, data governance and IT teams to deliver secure, scalable enterprise solutions.
• Strong knowledge of governance, data quality, metadata, lineage, privacy and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the AI analytics vision, strategy and roadmap for DTFS North America.
• Lead the shift from legacy reporting to AI-platform-enabled analytics and intelligent dashboards.
• Translate business questions into prioritized analytics products and measurable outcomes.
• Partner with IT DSS on architecture, data integration, security and operations.
• Provide leadership for data management domains including data stores, warehouses and data models.
• Ensure data is governed, accurate, timely and accessible with clear ownership and lineage.
• Mature data governance practices with Data Stewards and compliance requirements.
• Build and maintain an AI analytics product backlog aligned with business value and risk.

As the Enterprise Analytics AI Manager you will define and lead the vision, roadmap and execution of AI-enabled analytics and dashboard capabilities for DTFS North America. You will guide the transition from traditional business‑intelligence delivery to an AI‑platform‑based analytics model that improves how leaders and businessteamsaccess, understand and act on information.

You will partner closely with business leaders, Data Stewardcommunity, IT DSS team and AI Engineering team to develop secure,scalableand well‑governed solutions that support diagnostic,predictiveand prescriptive decision‑making.

• Define and own the DTFS North America AI analytics vision, strategy and roadmap, aligned with business priorities and the broader Data and AI strategy.
• Lead the shift from legacy reporting and visualization approaches to AI‑platform‑enabled analytics, intelligent dashboards, conversational insightexperiencesand decision‑support capabilities.
• Partner with executive and functional leaders to translate business questions into a prioritized portfolio of analytics products, use cases and measurable outcomes.
• Work in close partnership with the IT DSS team on architecture, data integration, platform enablement, security, application dependencies, release planning,supportand operational sustainability.
• Provide business and technology leadership for the Data Management Domain, including operational data stores, data warehouses, semantic and analytical data models, datapipelinesand enterprise reporting foundations.
• Ensure analytics products use governed,accurate,timelyand well‑documented data, with clear ownership, lineage, definitions, qualitycontrolsandappropriate access.
• Lead and mature data governance practices in partnership with Data Stewards, including standards, metadata, documentation, privacy, retention,accessand compliance requirements.
• Build andmaintainan AI analytics product roadmap and backlog; prioritize work based on business value, risk, urgency,feasibilityand strategic alignment.
• Enable diagnostic,predictiveand prescriptive analytics by combining strong business context, trusted data andappropriate AIand analytical methods.
• Adapt analytics capabilities and data foundations to support transformation programs, portfolio initiatives and changes to business processes or operating models.
• Establish product performance measures and adoption feedback loops for analytics and dashboard solutions, and use them to improve usability,trustand business value.
• Drive an AI- and data‑driven culture through stakeholder consulting, communication, training, self‑serviceenablementand change‑management activities.
• Lead, coach and develop the AI Analytics team;allocatetalent and capacity to maximize business outcomes while buildingexpertisein AI‑enabled analytics, data preparation, dashboarddesignand data management.
• Manage relevant vendor and partner relationshipsand ensure solutionsremaincost‑effective,supportableand aligned with enterprise standards.
• Represent AI analytics and data‑management priorities in leadership,governanceand cross‑functional forums.

Knowledge You Should Bring

• BS/BA and at least 8 years of progressive experience in business intelligence, analytics, data management, data products, enterprise technology or a related field, including people or program leadership experience.
• Experience leading enterprise analytics or data capabilities, including data warehouses, operational data stores, data modelling, data integration,SQLand analytical reporting.
• Demonstrated ability to translate business strategy and executive information needs into product roadmaps, analyticssolutionsand measurable outcomes.
• Experience partnering across business, datagovernanceand IT teams to deliver secure,scalableand supportable enterprise solutions.

• Working knowledge of AI‑enabled analytics approaches, including natural‑language interaction with data, automated insight generation, intelligentdashboardsand predictive analytics.
• Excellent communication,consultingand stakeholder‑management skills, including the ability to explain analytical and technical concepts to non‑technical audiences.
• Proven ability to lead, coach and develop teams in a matrixed environment.
