Job summary

Accenture is seeking an AI & Data Strategy Manager to lead enterprise AI initiatives and data strategy across global clients. You will shape visionary AI programs, build trusted advisory relationships, and architect scalable data platforms to drive growth and operational excellence.

You will guide maturity assessments, roadmaps, and responsible-AI governance while coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver complex, high-impact programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required; 5+ years AI/Data strategy experience.
• 5+ years high-value consulting or equivalent internal consulting.
• 5+ years leading workstreams and meeting deadlines.
• 5+ years large-scale global delivery experience.
• Master’s degree is a nice-to-have

Responsibilities

• Shape AI and data strategy and create opportunities for AI, GenAI and data-led business reinvention.
• Build client relationships and credibility as a trusted advisor on infusing AI and data into business processes.
• Define and structure AI and data strategy to build and optimize data assets and AI platforms.
• Assess maturity of AI/Data strategy, talent, operating model, and data foundation.
• Define building blocks to convert to an AI-first organization, including technology and operating model.
• Create business case, investment profile and roadmap for strategy, including revenue upside and cost takeout.
• Infuse Responsible AI in vision and roadmap, plan ecosystem partnerships, and define operating model to foster innovation.
• Identify people, processes, and technologies to develop and operationalize AI solutions.
• Create strategy for AI-first products and develop commercialization opportunities.
