Job summary

A leading US academic institution is seeking an AI Solutions Engineer to design, develop and deploy enterprise Generative AI applications, AI agents and workflows that advance fundraising, alumni engagement and operations.

The role requires 2+ years of hands-on experience with Generative AI, Python and SQL, plus cloud platforms such as Azure, Fabric or Salesforce. You will build RAG solutions, API integrations and secure data pipelines to deliver scalable AI solutions.

Qualifications

• 2+ years hands-on experience developing Generative AI applications, LLMs, RAG, AI agents and agentic workflows.
• Strong Python and SQL programming skills, including API integrations and backend development.
• Experience with Microsoft Azure, Microsoft Fabric, Salesforce or comparable enterprise cloud platforms.
• Experience working with CRM data, enterprise AI solutions and secure data pipelines, including testing, deployment and model evaluation.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and deploy Generative AI applications, AI agents and agentic workflows across enterprise systems.
• Build RAG solutions, API integrations and workflow automations using CRM data, Salesforce and Microsoft AI platforms.
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to develop AI solutions supporting reporting, donor engagement and operational processes.
• Implement AI evaluation, monitoring, security and governance practices to ensure reliable, scalable and responsible AI deployment.
