Qualifications

5+ years of software engineering experience building business applications.
Proficiency in Python and JavaScript/TypeScript.
Experience integrating APIs and enterprise systems.
Strong communication and collaboration with non-technical teams.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered applications, agents, and workflows.
Collaborate with attorneys and business teams to translate needs into solutions.
Lead end-to-end delivery from concept to production deployment.
Monitor performance and continuously improve quality and user experience.
