Job summary

Glocomms is partnered with a globally recognized family office seeking an AI Security/Governance Engineer to help establish and scale enterprise AI governance, security, and risk management capabilities. This role blends strong engineering with governance and risk expertise to build scalable controls, automation, and monitoring solutions supporting enterprise AI initiatives.

Working with stakeholders across the business, the AI Governance Engineer will ensure AI technologies are deployed

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, SE, InfoSec, or related field.
• 5+ years in software/security/governance roles.
• Strong Python and SQL for automation, analysis, reporting.
• Experience building governance, security, or risk controls for enterprise platforms, ideally AI.
• Knowledge of AI security concepts and relevant standards.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain enterprise AI governance frameworks, standards, policies, and controls.
• Perform AI risk assessments, threat modeling, security reviews, and red team activities.
• Design and implement AI-SSDLC and SSDLC controls with engineering teams.
• Build governance automation, reporting, and monitoring solutions using Python, SQL, Power Platform.
• Create dashboards, metrics, and executive reporting on AI risk and governance.
• Collaborate with Information Security, Legal, Compliance, Privacy, and Risk stakeholders.
