Job summary

Google Cloud's Enterprise AI Platforms and Agent Architecture team seeks a Software Engineer to design and build scalable, multi-agent AI solutions. You will own critical components across the GenAI stack and collaborate with product and platform teams in Sunnyvale, CA.

Requirements include a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, 8+ years with Java, C/C++, or Python, and strong data structures, algorithms and software design skills. Master’s/PhD preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 8 years of experience with one or more general purpose programming languages including but not limited to: Java, C/C++ or Python.
• Experience with coding in data structures, algorithms and software design.

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical design and implementation of Enterprise Generative Intelligence (EGI) Foundry, providing the foundation, runtime, and interfaces for rapidly developing, deploying, and orchestrating enterprise AI applications.
• Architect graph representations, property graph libraries, and ontology services (including GoogleSQL graph integration) to model enterprise processes, document relationships, and system understanding for multi-agent workflows.
• Partner on next-generation Human-in-the-Loop (HITL) frameworks, designing feedback loops that automatically convert human corrections into improved prompts, fine-tuning datasets, and verification benchmarks for hard-to-verify tasks.
• Build robust, low-latency, and compliant integration points with core Cloud and Alphabet systems (Salesforce, SAP, Vertex AI, Gemini Enterprise).
