Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of professional back-end software engineering experience.
• Proficiency in Java (Spring Boot) and/or Python.
• Experience developing REST APIs, SQL-based applications, and distributed systems.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy production AI applications using foundation models.
• Build reusable MCP servers exposing enterprise tools, APIs, and data sources.
• Develop AI agents for planning, reasoning, and executing business workflows.
• Design and implement RAG solutions using enterprise knowledge bases and vector databases.
• Build backend services with Java/Spring Boot and/or Python.
• Create secure RESTful APIs and enterprise integrations.
• Implement AI evaluation frameworks, observability, prompt testing, monitoring, and cost optimization practices.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and deliver high‑value AI use cases.
• Mentor software engineers and promote AI engineering best practices.
