AIM Consulting in Chicago seeks a Principal Consultant to lead its Intelligent Data & Automation practice. You will guide business development, shape data and AI solutions, and manage a high-performance team of architects, data engineers, data scientists, and analytics engineers.

You will translate complex business challenges into MVPs and scalable AI-enabled solutions, influence executives, and ensure delivery quality, scope control, and risk management across engagements.

Qualifications

• 10+ years leading enterprise digital, data, and AI strategy engagements.
• Advising senior stakeholders on cloud data platforms, advanced analytics, Generative/Agentic AI, and model-driven decision systems.
• Strong strategic problem-solving to define operating models, governance, and investment priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead Technical & AI Leadership to define enterprise data and AI strategies.
• Architect cloud-native data platforms and AI-native systems (LLM, RAG, agentic AI).
• Direct scalable data architectures (lakehouse, streaming, real-time inference).
• Oversee governance, model lifecycle, and responsible AI deployment.
