Job summary

Insight Global seeks a Technical Architect to operate at the junction of client delivery and internal IP development. You will partner with enterprise clients to define AI and data architecture and translate patterns into reusable assets for IG Labs.

You will bridge consulting engagements with IP reuse, shaping architectures under real constraints and ensuring deliverables become leverage for future engagements.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in technical architecture, solutions architecture, or principal engineering roles.
• Fluency in at least two major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Experience working with senior client stakeholders to define architecture.
• Ability to articulate abstract, reusable patterns from implementations.
• Comfort operating with ambiguity in professional services or consulting.
• Experience with agentic AI systems, RAG architectures, LLM orchestration (LangChain, LlamaIndex).
• Familiarity with MCP (Model Context Protocol) in AI system integration.
• Background in regulated industries (financial services, healthcare, insurance).
• Exposure to MLOps platform design, model governance, and AI lifecycle management.
• Experience in professional services, systems integrator, or technology consulting.
• Track record of contributing to an IP library or accelerator repository.
• Executive Certificate or Master’s degree or equivalent credentials.

Responsibilities

• Provide architectural oversight and governance across multiple client engagements.
• Collaborate with delivery leads to reflect architectural decisions in plans and acceptance criteria.
• Support pre-sales with defensible architectural thinking in proposals.
• Mentor delivery engineers and junior architects on technical craft.
• Flag architectural drift, scope risk, and debt to prevent blockers.
