You will shape reusable platforms, customer-facing solutions, and scalable adoption patterns aligning AI Labs investments with Keysight’s growth priorities. The role requires leadership through influence, cross‑functional collaboration, and executive communication to translate strategy into actionable roadmaps and measurable value across

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years in senior technical architecture roles with measurable business impact.
• Expertise in AI, ML systems, data platforms, software architecture, or AI-enabled product development.
• Strong systems thinking to convert recurring use cases into reusable capabilities, standards, and platforms.
• Experience in senior technical leadership roles (Principal Architect, Chief Architect, Distinguished Engineer).
• Experience with measurement instrumentation and test workflows in RF and digital domains and how software interfaces with test systems.
• Ability to translate business strategy into technical strategy, priorities, and execution plans.
• Experience integrating AI capabilities into commercial software products and engineering workflows.

Responsibilities

• Define an enterprise AI architecture vision aligned with customer needs and technology trends.
• Establish reusable architecture patterns to improve interoperability and scalability.
• Shape long-term technology strategy, roadmaps, and architectural priorities with AI Labs leadership.
• Drive consistency across AI Platform, Models & Data Science, and product teams using standards and patterns.
• Identify shared capabilities to reduce duplication and increase reuse of platforms, datasets, models, tools, and engineering patterns.
• Review major AI initiatives for scalability, security, and measurable business value.
• Mentor architects and engineers through design reviews and architecture forums.
• Guide technology selection and governance to ensure durable competitive advantage.
