Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of software development experience.
• At least 8 years in Agile coaching roles.
• Proven experience coaching for Agile product transformations in large environments.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with CoE leadership to create an Agile transformation roadmap.
• Mentor teams to discover new ways of working.
• Support coaching of Agile product transformation initiatives.
