Senior Account Executive

Location: Major City USA - Remote - you should be located in or near a major city in the USA.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and well-connected sales teammate with experience in digital web marketing solutions sales. This role is perfect for someone with a strong network and established relationships in the CMO offices. We offer the following solutions to both enterprise and mid-market customers:

  • Digital Web Marketing
  • Website Design and Development – execute in support of client vision for branding/positioning
  • Search Engine Optimization (SEO) – optimize client website traffic.
  • Social Media Marketing / Lead Generation – strategy and execution of leads through Digital Web Marketing
  • Search Engine Marketing / PPC – use paid advertising to increase a brand's visibility in search engine
  • Marketing Analytics – analyze and report on Digital Marketing Performance.
  • Marketing Automation – create and manage campaigns, nurture leads, and personalize customer experiences across multiple channels.

The successful candidate will leverage their connections to drive new business opportunities, develop strategic partnerships, and achieve sales targets. They will also be willing to learn about our different solutions so they can offer their customers a more holistic approach—one of our business's unique strengths and differentiators.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy and Execution: Develop targeted sales strategies to drive revenue growth. Utilize your established network to generate leads, identify opportunities, and build a robust sales pipeline.
  • Client Engagement: Leverage your connections and industry relationships to engage with potential clients and understand their business needs. Offer customized solutions that align with their goals, demonstrating the value and ROI of our services.
  • Solution Presentation: Create and deliver compelling presentations and proposals highlighting the benefits of our digital solutions. Effectively address client questions and objections to close deals and build long-term relationships.
  • Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, prospects, and industry contacts. Act as a trusted advisor, providing insights and recommendations that help clients achieve their business objectives.
  • Market Research and Networking: Conduct market research to stay abreast of industry trends and emerging opportunities. Utilize your network to gain insights, forge partnerships, and stay ahead of competitors.
  • Campaign and Project Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, development, and project management, to ensure the successful delivery of solutions. Manage client expectations and ensure projects are completed on time and to satisfaction.
  • Sales Reporting and Analytics: Track and report key sales metrics, including lead generation, pipeline status, and revenue forecasts. Analyze performance data to refine strategies and enhance sales effectiveness.
  • Professional Development: Continuously enhance your knowledge of digital marketing, web development, and custom applications. Stay updated on industry developments and best practices to maintain a competitive edge.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in Digital Web Marketing solutions sales, with a proven track record of leveraging a solid network to generate and close deals.
  • Skills:
  • Established network and strong connections in mid-market or enterprise that have a need for our solutions
  • Excellent sales and negotiation skills with the ability to sell complex solutions.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales management tools.
  • Ability to understand technical concepts and communicate them effectively.
  • Experience working with the team in India
  • Experience with government RFPs for digital web marketing solutions is a plus.

Compensation:

  • Salary: $130,00-$150,000 | Bonus: $20K variable (quarterly), OTE: $230,000-$300,000+ (uncapped)
