Your resume and cover letter, tailored to exactly what they’re hiring for.
Creative Force is seeking an Enterprise Account Executive to build relationships with decision-makers at leading brands and retailers. You will own the full sales cycle from outreach to contract, travel as needed, and work with pre-sales and domain experts to articulate value.
You’ll navigate multi-stakeholder buying committees with a consultative approach, discuss pricing, and forecast with accountability. AI-driven content shifts are viewed as opportunities to win larger deals.
Our founders started Creative Force with a single goal in mind: to build industry-leading software with really cool people. As we've grown, we've stayed true to that vision. Our products are ushering in a new era of creative operations for some of the world's largest brands and retailers. And all along the way, hiring great people has remained a critical business priority.
...See, we have this crazy idea that effective collaboration is THE skill of the future and critical to our success. As a remote company with staff across the globe, we've seen firsthand how important it is for our teams to work well together.
And that's why we focus on hiring talented people who are also great to work with.
That means we don't always hire the people with the most experience. Some of us have PhDs. Others have spent multiple decades working at the top of our field. But we've also hired former tennis coaches, film students, photographers, hotel front desk workers, freelance travel agents, and fashion designers.
While our backgrounds are diverse, we all share a few important traits:
But hey, there are lots of job posts out there that are cool and vibey and explain how unique their company culture is (look, a ping-pong table!). We know, we’ve seen them. Some might be truer than others. As for us, we think you’ll notice the good vibes the first time we chat.
At Creative Force, our AEs are relationship architects. They spend their days understanding the complex challenges facing creative operations teams at leading brands and retailers, building genuine connections with decision-makers, and becoming trusted advisors who prospects actually want to hear from. Yes, revenue is the goal - we're not going to pretend otherwise. But we've learned that the best outcomes happen when you lead with curiosity, empathy, and a consultative approach rather than pressure tactics and urgency.
You’ll work the full enterprise sales cycle, typically 6 to 9 months, from initial outreach through contract negotiation. You’ll use frameworks like MEDDPICC and Command of the Message to qualify rigorously, create business value, and build compelling cases with senior stakeholders. You’ll work with dedicated pre‑sales and domain experts who support you in the field and you’ll navigate complex multi‑stakeholder buying committees. And you’ll be willing to travel - because walking the halls and showing up in person genuinely moves deals forward.
We’re also operating in a market that’s being reshaped by AI. The shift toward AI‑generated content isn’t a threat to what we do - it’s an accelerant. More content being produced means more need for the operational infrastructure to manage it. That translates to larger deal sizes and a bigger market. The AEs who understand this opportunity and can articulate it to clients will thrive here.
Normally, this is where you’d find a three‑page‑long list of required skills, including but not limited to: fire dancing, speed stacking, and knife‑forging.
But it’s 2026, so we aren’t going to do that to you.
You genuinely care about understanding people's challenges and helping them solve real problems. You ask better questions than you give pitches. You understand that enterprise buying decisions involve multiple stakeholders with different priorities, concerns, and communication styles. And you also understand that nurturing relationships and driving revenue aren’t mutually exclusive.
In fact, you believe the former leads naturally to the latter. You’re comfortable discussing pricing, navigating procurement processes, and advocating for both your customers’ needs and Creative Force’s value.
You approach sales as a problem‑solving exercise, not only as a numbers game. You take the time to understand the full picture of how a prospect’s creative operations work today, where the friction points are, and what success would look like for them.
You teach clients about their own operations. You’re as comfortable in a strategic conversation with senior leaders as you are in the weeds with an operations team. And wherever you are in that conversation, you can explain intricate concepts in a way that’s clear, compelling, and human.
You don’t wait for qualified leads to appear in your calendar. You know how to generate your own opportunities - through cold outreach, referrals, industry networks, and showing up where your buyers are.
You understand that pipeline is the foundation of everything else, and you take that accountability seriously. You’re not intimidated by outbound; you’ve built your own book before, and you know how to do it again.
You don’t need someone looking over your shoulder to stay engaged with your pipeline. You anticipate what prospects need before they ask. You follow up thoughtfully and consistently. You’re always thinking two steps ahead about how to move an opportunity forward or where the next one might come from.
You're not looking for a role where the playbook is already written. You’re energized by selling something that’s still being defined - where the market is shifting in real time and the opportunity is ahead of you, not behind you.
The move toward AI‑generated content isn’t an abstract trend to you; it’s something you’ve been paying attention to, something you can speak to credibly, and something you see as an opening. You’re curious, you take calculated risks, and you’re comfortable operating at the edge of what’s known.
If you need everything linear and set in stone before you can move, this isn’t your environment. If you thrive on being early - and being right - it might just be.
A few things worth being upfront about.
First, we’re looking for someone based on the US West Coast or Central US. If that’s not you, we’d love to chat when we have a role closer to you.
Second, if you’re someone who thrives purely on inbound leads and expects a full top‑of‑funnel to be handed to you, this probably isn’t your vibe. Our AEs are expected to build and own their pipeline. That doesn’t mean you’re flying solo - you’ll have pre‑sales support, marketing air cover, and a great team around you. But the accountability for what’s in your forecast starts with you.
And finally: things at Creative Force change. A lot. Our industry, our product, the world - rapid change is everywhere. Some people thrive on the development opportunities, problem solving, innovation, and general rush that change offers. We’re certainly those people, and it’s one of our biggest competitive advantages. But we know dynamism isn’t for everyone. So if you’re looking for a more predictable, steady‑state environment, we don’t blame you - we’re probably just not what you’re looking for.

We're looking forward to hearing from you!
