IPL Health Staffing is seeking a General Otolaryngologist for a premier Wisconsin ENT practice with 56 years of history. You’ll have clinical autonomy, substantial surgical volume, and a 4–4.5 day workweek, with a pathway to partnership after just one year.

The team includes 8 ENT physicians, 1 Allergist/Immunologist, 7 APPs, and 12 Audiologists, supporting a demand-rich environment and a comprehensive ENT service line.

You’ll join an established team with 8 Otolaryngologists, 1 Allergist/Immunologist, 7 APPs, and 12 Audiologists, seeing approximately 20–25 patients per day while maintaining a typical 4–4.5-day workweek.
