Penn Medicine is expanding its surgical otolaryngology practice and seeking an experienced PA-C to join a collaborative team of five physicians and one audiologist. The role involves comprehensive ENT care across all ages in both clinical and surgical settings, with Mon-Fri hours (8:30am–5:00pm) and call coverage rotation.

Qualifications

• Current PA-C certification.
• Current licensure as a Physician Assistant by the PA Board of Medicine.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a practicing PA-C, 5+ years preferred.
• Experience in otolaryngology or surgical specialty strongly preferred.
• Comfort treating patients of all ages, from pediatric to geriatric.
• Ability to work independently while maintaining collaborative practice approach.
