MarinHealth ENT, Head & Neck Surgery in Santa Rosa is seeking a board-certified or eligible otolaryngologist to join our established UCSF Health Clinic, serving Northern California for over 40 years.

The position features a starting salary of $400,000 with a productivity bonus, a two-year guaranteed salary, and potential move to partnership; Epic EHR is used daily, with opportunities for academic appointments.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree required
• Board certified or eligible in otolaryngology
• Licensed or eligible for California licensure
• Spanish language skills a plus

Responsibilities

• Grow the practice in Santa Rosa and surrounding counties
• Share group call 1:5 with other physicians
• Potential UCSF academic appointment or teaching opportunities
• Utilize Epic EHR for patient care and coordination
