Job summary

UPMC Hamot in Erie, PA is seeking an Otolaryngologist to join a collegial team and direct the ENT residency program. You will diagnose and treat a wide range of ENT conditions, perform surgeries, and mentor residents within a robust academic environment.

Qualifications

• MD/DO from an accredited medical school.
• Accredited ENT Residency Program completion.
• American Board Eligible or American Board Certified in Otolaryngology.
• DEA certification.
• Ability to obtain an unrestricted Pennsylvania Medical License and credentials.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and treat a wide range of ENT conditions, including ear infections, hearing loss, sinusitis, allergies, voice disorders, and sleep apnea.
• Perform surgical procedures related to ENT, such as tonsillectomies, adenoidectomies, septoplasties, and ear tube insertions.
• Mentor residents in UPMC Hamot's ACGME ENT residency program and participate in teaching.
• Operate within a fully integrated Epic EMR system and collaborate across the health system.
