Job summary

BJC Medical Group is seeking an ENT specialist to join our established team based at Alton Memorial Hospital. The physician will provide professional ENT services with a mix of inpatient and outpatient responsibilities and work within a high-demand patient environment.

Qualifications

• Education: Doctorate in Medicine
• Experience: <2 years; Preferred 2-5 years
• Licenses & Certifications: Board Eligible or Board Certified in Practicing Specialty, Licensed Physician

Responsibilities

• Provide medical services within ENT specialty and maintain patient care standards
• Coordinate inpatient and outpatient care and collaborate with care teams
• Document medical histories, orders, and charting; manage MyChart inbasket as needed
• Circulate with hospitalists or other physicians to ensure continuity of care
• Contribute to educational activities with advanced practice providers and staff
• Adhere to safety-sensitive requirements and hospital policies
