Job summary

Qualifications

• Oklahoma MD or DO license is required.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible is required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates and manages each patient and documents information promptly.
• Identifies medical issues and uses appropriate procedures and testing.
• Maintains problem and medication lists and disease management forms.
• Participates in quality improvement and medical management plans as directed.
• Provides direction to staff for efficient and smooth running of the practice.
• Ensures fiscal viability of the practice.
• Complies with applicable policies and procedures.
• Responsible for patient care and safety.
