Seeking BE/BC Otolaryngologist to join respected team in Springfield, Illinois. This full-time position offers the opportunity to join a well-established, high-volume ENT team with a robust referral network and true practice autonomy. Providers will enjoy a collaborative environment within a physician-led organization featuring a partnership track and comprehensive benefits.

• Join a well-established, high-volume ENT team of 6 physicians and advanced practice providers
• Robust, built-in referral network, ensuring immediate patient access and sustained volume
• Practice in a modern downtown facility directly connected to Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC), featuring 7 operating rooms
• Comprehensive, in-house audiology program with 5 audiologists
• Balanced practice setting with surgical and clinic opportunities at both the ASC and local hospitals
• Opportunity to engage in academic involvement with Southern Illinois University School of Medicine

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive 2-year guaranteed base salary ($500,000), commensurate with experience
