Job summary

Bitterroot Health in Hamilton, Montana seeks an ENT Physician to join a collaborative, patient-centered ENT program serving Ravalli County and surrounding rural communities. The provider will deliver comprehensive ENT services in clinic and surgery settings, with clinical autonomy and strong team support.

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
• Residency in ENT.
• Board-certified or board-eligible in ENT.
• Active Montana medical license or ability to obtain license.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive ENT care for all ages.
• Manage an efficient outpatient and surgical practice with strong clinical judgment.
• Support program growth and service line development within a community hospital.
• Maintain compliance with ENT regulatory standards.
• Demonstrate strong communication and interdisciplinary teamwork.
