Job summary

Iowa ENT Center in West Des Moines, IA, a leading private-practice ENT group, seeks an ENT physician to join a collegial team of four physician owners.

General outpatient ENT with opportunities for subspecialty interests; no trauma requirement; onsite audiology, speech and voice, ultrasound, CT, and allergy testing; minimal phone-only call. Group covers health, dental, vision, and malpractice; path to partnership with buy-in opportunities; potential to exceed 90th+% earnings as partner.

Qualifications

• General outpatient ENT; subspecialty interests can be supported.
• No trauma required (option to pick up trauma, if desired).
• Onsite audiology, speech and voice (including 2 videostroboscopy units), hearing aid specialist, ultrasound, CT, and allergy testing & treatment.
• Minimal, phone-only call.
• Group covers all benefits including health, dental, vision, and malpractice.
• Proven path to partnership, including clinic and ASC buy-in opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Provide general outpatient ENT care as part of a four-physician ownership team.
• Collaborate with audiology, speech, and imaging services to coordinate patient care.
