Britt Medical in Conway, Arkansas is seeking a BE/BC ENT physician to join a turnkey practice with rapid ramp-up. Expect a mainly outpatient clinic with some OR and inpatient duties, 36 patient contact hours weekly, and 4 admin hours.

Robotic surgery support and advanced procedures are available, with Cerner EMR used across patient care. The role includes a 1:3 call schedule moving to 1:4, extensive imaging and surgical capabilities, and a supportive team with RN and dedicated staff to ensure

Qualifications

• BE/BC in ENT with board certification required.
• Experience in both clinic and OR settings preferred.
• Proficiency with Cerner EMR system.

Responsibilities

• Primarily outpatient clinical role with some OR support and inpatient responsibilities.
• Manage a 36 patient contact hour schedule and 4 admin hours weekly.
• Support general and robotic surgeries and assist in advanced procedures.
