Qualifications

Opportunity

Appalachian Regional Healthcare seeks a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible ENT (Otolaryngology) to join our comprehensive medical staff at Beckley ARH Hospital in southern West Virginia. This role offers clinical autonomy within a physician-led, mission-focused health system backed by a multi-hospital network.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide diagnosis and treatment for the full spectrum of ENT conditions in both adult and pediatric patients
• Perform in-office procedures and OR-based surgical interventions (head/neck, sinus, otologic, etc.)
• Consult on inpatient cases and maintain an active outpatient schedule
• Collaborate with primary care, audiology, oncology, allergy, and surgical services across the ARH system
• Participate in call rotation and system-wide clinical initiatives as appropriate

Candidate Profile

• Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Otolaryngology
• Skilled in both medical and surgical ENT care
• Patient-centered, collaborative, and adaptable to a rural health environment
• Eager to help grow and lead ENT services in an underserved area
