You can pursue a full general ENT practice or a split with a chosen sub-specialty, with a four-day work week and PA-supported 1:8 call. Partnership is available within two years, with a $1,000,000 annual target after partnership, plus sign-on and relocation benefits.

Responsibilities

• Join a team of 12 established providers (3 physicians, 4 APPs, 5 audiologists) to focus on your ENT interests.
• Choose between full general ENT or a general ENT role with a sub-specialty.
• 4-day work week with a 1:8 call schedule and PA support.
